Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Magor, Caldicot

Employment Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm available

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days, Nights, Adhoc, Shift Patterns

Salary: £15.33 days, £16.66 nights plus rolled up holiday pay for adhoc. Enhancements for weekends

MDE Group UK LTD are  recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Magor area.

Job Description

Class 1, straight forward curtain work, load up, reload and back. If on locals there may be another drop out and back on days

Ongoing work available

Any shift pattern you like available, 4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off, 4 on 2 off, Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday, Sunday to Thursday. You name it! No tramping, generally max 12hr shifts

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time

Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately

Load security is paramount to this role.

Good customer service

Qualifications

UK HGV Class 1 Licence with 6 months experience required

Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)

Valid Tacho

Valid CPC
