A law firm in West Yorkshire are looking for a property locum to provide holiday cover from 5-16th August 2024 inclusive. Ideally you will be able to cover both residential and commercial property work - however, the caseload is predominantly residential conveyancing with only around 20% commercial property work, so the firm could potentially arrange for this to be covered by another fee earner if necessary. You will need to attend the firm's offices in Keighley for this one as remote/hybrid working is not available. Office hours are usually 8.30am to 5pm but there may be some flexibility in this.
