Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's busy distribution center for Sainsbury's for general merchandise.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Rugby, CV23 8BQ.

The rate of pay is £13.17- £14.67 per hour.

Overtime is available at this site paid at £19.76 - £21.26 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm
- 11pm to 7am

You should be prepared to work any 5 days from 6 per week, including weekends and bank holidays which are paid at the standard rate.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will pick and pack general merchandise using LLOP electric trucks and wrist devices, which tell you which items to pick and where they are located. The full 3-day training is provided and paid for. Warehouse Operatives will:

- Work to meet customer performance standards
- Adhere to site Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required

This role is performance related you will have daily and weekly targets that you will be expected to achieve after training.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential. You must have good literacy and numeracy skills; you will be required to undergo pre-employment tests.

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.

You must pass a literacy and numeracy test in English and will also be required to take a compulsory Drug and Alcohol test prior to employment.
