A small - medium sized solicitors firm based in Isleworth (near to Richmond and Twickenham) are looking for a wills & Probate solicitor. Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role. This is a friendly high street practice in a beautiful location in West London (office overlooking the river) and is incredibly well established having been around for over 100 years. Ideally the firm would like a candidate with a minimum of 2 years PQE. The role will include the following:
 
1.Drafting of documents including Wills/Will Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax Returns, Estate Accounts, IHT forms & accompanying schedules, Legal Statements, Deed of Appropriation, Deed of Renunciation;
2.Handling Probate matters from start to finish including making contact with necessary institutions, drafting the relevant IHT form, applying for the Grant of Probate, settling any IHT/Utilities & liabilities, liaising with HMRC & DWP, drafting estate accounts, making distributions;
3.Providing legal advice to clients on Inheritance and Capital Gains tax and their relevant matters.
 
The successful applicant will have good admin support and be assisted by a trainee, a paralegal and a secretary. The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 55k-75k depending on experience.
