Export and Compliance Coordinator (Permanent)

Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000/annum + Excellent Company benefits

Our highly successful client based in Horsham are looking for an experienced Export and Compliance Coordinator, to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. To comply with all legislations, and coordinate this through the organisation until completion. Monday to Friday - 38 hour week. Parking on site. £28000 - £30000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering Sales Orders and reviewing to ensure customer expectations are being met 
  • Acknowledgement of all Sales Orders and Providing the Customer with Export Declaration Templates 
  • Producing Weekly Invoice and Despatch documentation for Domestic and International Customers 
  • Co-Ordinate the issue and receipt of End User Documents necessary for export compliance 
  • Assess Ordered Goods for Export License Requirements 
  • Apply for Export Licenses; SIELs; OGELs and OIELs 
  • Maintaining records for all Export and Sales Compliance Documentation 
  • Processing Imported Goods; Home Use; End Use; IPR; Customs Warehouse 
  • Maintaining Records for all Imported and Exported goods  
  • Assisting in the Export and Import Compliance Audits 
  • Providing responses to internal and external import and export queries 
  • Providing responses to Customer Purchase Order Queries 
  • Liaising with other internal departments to enable smooth running of orders outward 
  • Providing, Collating data and Reporting on all departmental KPI data 
  • Assisting the general admin function of the business, including the preparation and submission of corporate  documents 

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous Import and Export experience/2 years administrative experience 
    • Excellent attention to detail 
    • Have a methodical approach 
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong numeracy skills 
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. 
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload 
    • Positive, enthusiastic, passionate, and driven 
    • Be a Good team player 
    • Makes things happen with a can do and will do attitude 
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities
