· £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

· 6 shifts per week (one double and four singles)

• A highly driven, ambitious, and creative Sous Chef.

• The successful will need to be a great team leader who guide a young team through a busy service.

• Someone who is self-motivated, well-mannered, and passionate about working with amazing organic produce.

• They are looking for a Sous Chef with a hands-on approach.

• Previous experience working within a fine dining establishment would be preferred.

• The ideal Sous Chef will have experience working with Italian cuisine.
