PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

POSSIBLE  HYBRID WORKING (WORKING FROM HOME - WFH)
CIRCA £40,000 plus bonus, benefits, and excellent career prospects

Due to expansion, this leading law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor in their Wills, Trusts, and Probate Department. They are looking for commercially minded and ambitious solicitors to join them, with the potential to fast track their careers and increase their salary with regular reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be covering all aspects of wills, trusts, and probate and working with in-house tax and finance specialist advisors when required:

​

• Dealing with a variety of Private Client work e.g. Wills & Probate, Tax planning & Trusts and Powers of Attorney
• Handling a variety of complex as well as straight forward cases

​

REQUIREMENTS

​

To be successful in this challenging Private Client Solicitor role you will need to be:

​

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with a solid background in Wills, Trusts, and Probate
• Experienced fee earner, confident of handling own caseload of private client cases from start to finish
• Ability to develop new business and assist with implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent client care, technical and IT skills
• Sincere, sympathetic, and understanding manner with the ability to empathise with clients at a difficult time
