A London-based law firm are looking for a commercial property locum to join them as a consultant on an ad hoc remote working basis starting as soon as you are able. The firm offer mainly corporate and commercial law services at present but are looking to expand.

You will be working remotely and managing your own workload. Whilst you will be encouraged to work autonomously, you will also be a key member of the team, working with other solicitors, and having full administrative support. You will initially be responsible for supporting the firm's clients with any commercial property elements of small business sales and acquisitions, but you'll also be responsible for handling any other commercial property enquiries that are received from time to time.

The firm have ambitious plans for growth, so this role would suit someone looking to progress within a business, bring ideas to the table, and make a real difference.

You will ideally have at least 4 years' PQE and the ability to work autonomously, handling commercial property queries from start to finish. You should have exceptional drafting and communication skills and be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and reliable.

The firm are potentially looking to pay a mixture of fixed fees and hourly rates (to be agreed).
