We an independent, fast-growing bakery in South East London, known for our freshly baked breads, pastries and viennoiserie, made daily with craft, care and quality ingredients.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled, passionate Bakers who want to build their career, grow into future Bakery Leaders, and help shape the next generation of our business.

The Role

• Produce a range of artisan breads, pastries and baked goods following recipe cards and quality standards

• Mix, knead, shape, prove and bake – ensuring consistency, precision and creativity

• Monitor oven temperatures, dough development and baking times to deliver perfect results

• Maintain clean, organised workspaces and uphold the highest food hygiene and safety standards

• Work closely with the Head Baker and Bakery Supervisor to support day-to-day production

• Contribute to new recipe ideas and seasonal specials

• Take ownership of your section and play a key role in the growth of the team and bakery

About you

• Previous experience as a Baker, Bread Baker or Pastry Baker (minimum 1 year)

• Strong practical skills in dough handling, shaping and baking

• A genuine passion for artisan baking and craftsmanship

• Good knowledge of food hygiene, CCPs and kitchen safety

• Reliable, organised and ready to work early shifts when needed

• A team player with the energy, ambition and drive to grow into a senior role
