About the Role

KPI Recruiting is proud to be working in partnership with a trusted client in the Tarleton area. We’re currently looking for experienced and reliable Counterbalance Drivers / Pickers to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a well-organised warehouse environment, offering great facilities and steady hours.

Shift Pattern and Times:

• Shift Times: 07:30 – 16:00 (Day shift)

• Weekly Pattern: Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday

• You must be flexible to work a 6th shift when required to support peak periods.

• Full-time, ongoing work

• Plenty of opportunities for overtime depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely loading and unloading pallets from vehicles onto racking

• Working both indoors and outdoors

• Operating in chilled areas (around 3°C)

• Picking and packing products

• Transporting stock around the site using a forklift truck (FLT)

What We Offer:

• 💰 Pay Rate: £13.21 – £13.71 per hour

• 📅 Weekly pay (every Friday)

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance FLT licence

• Previous warehouse or FLT experience preferred

• Ability to work in chilled conditions

• Flexibility with shift patterns
