🔹 Key Responsibilities - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Work with pupils aged 6–16 who have a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Provide tailored support in both 1:1 and small group settings, addressing academic learning as well as emotional development.
  • Help students build confidence, independence, and engagement with their learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
