About the Role
KPI Recruiting are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for motivated Production Operatives to join their growing team in Congleton. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cable harness assembly

• Manufacturing wire harnesses and wiring looms

• Wire cutting, stripping and assembly

• Working with connections, crimping, and soldering irons

• Laying out wires, connectors, and other elements of configuration

• Reading and following design drawings with accuracy

• Assembly work involving boxes and fuse distribution boxes

About You:

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions accurately

• Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial, but full training will be provided
