About the Role

We are working with a leading hospitality and entertainment group in Nashville seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee strategy, campaigns, and brand growth across their portfolio.

This is a senior-level role for a creative and analytical marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and campaign execution, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Manage digital, social, and traditional campaigns from concept to launch.
• Partner with leadership and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing management, ideally in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment.
• Strong background in digital marketing, CRM, and social media strategy.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams or external partners.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and creative thinker.
