My client, a leading supplier of facilities services, are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead their commercial excellence function. This role will drive growth by developing and implementing best-in-class commercial strategies, optimising business performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of commercial strategies to maximise revenue and profitability, including managing pipelines, pricing and tendering process.

• Drive improvements in sales processes, tools, and performance management.
