You'll work across KS3 and KS4, partnering with experienced teachers to deliver effective learning support and make a real impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Run 1-to-1 and small-group interventions in Maths across KS3, KS4 & KS5

• Foster supportive relationships that positively influence student learning and engagement

• Assist in lessons to help deliver learning outcomes and support class teachers

• Lead bespoke tutoring sessions aimed at deepening student understanding

• Benefit from weekly training designed to enhance your teaching practices

Who We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Maths (or related) degree with a 2:1 or higher (or soon-to-be graduate status)

• A real interest in supporting young learners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, supportive, and resilient attitude

• Ambition to become a teacher in the future

• Experience working with young people is a bonus—not essential
