The Role

This is more than just a sales job. You'll be trusted to spot new opportunities, open up new markets, and build strong, lasting client relationships.  This role suits someone who wants ownership, influence, and a chance to grow with a business that's going places.

What You'll Be Doing

• Winning new business and converting leads into long-term clients
• Identifying new sectors and market opportunities
• Playing a part in shaping product innovation
• Managing your pipeline through CRM tools and reporting
• Hitting your targets - and pushing beyond them
• Keeping ahead of the market and competitors

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you're proactive and commercially savvy
• Strong communicator and confident relationship-builder
• Organised, driven, and tech-friendly (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Experience in Internal Sales, Hire Desk, or similar roles is ideal
