WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/FREEZER PICKER AND PACKER

4 ON 4 OFF DAYS 7AM - 7PM - £12.56 PER HOUR

4 ON 4 OFF NIGHTS  7PM - 7AM £14.68 PER HOUR

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS

PM SHIFT - WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7: 3PM - 11PM (FOUR HOURS PAID £12.56 AND FOUR HOURS PAID £14.68)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in the Nuneaton.

Day to Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:

  • Driving/operating a Forklift Truck: Reach and Counterbalance
  • Picking freezer food items in -25 conditions with Voice Pick Technology
  • Moving and sorting stock
  • Wrapping completed pallets of stock
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client are:

  • Freezer experience
  • Voice pick experience
  • System picking experience
  • MHE experience (PPT, Forklift, Reach/Counterbalance)
  • Good level of English
  • The ability to work in a team or alone

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment

Training

  • Industry related training and ongoing support
