Locations South of the River 

My client is a leader in in the late-night field, with only 4 sites in London. Their portfolio includes some of London’s most colourful sites, which is a big key to their success is. They are Looking for a General Manager for the South London site, to take on this next challenge. This bar will be a celebration of all things music, singing and just a really fun place to be!  

The General managers role 

As General Manager of this site you will be a fantastic business manager that understands high end, high street wet led bars in London. You will be leading this business and reporting into the OD, training the team to company standards, pushing sales and having an eye on the future for business development and future managers. 

Requirements 

• A background in the late-night bar scene  

• Fantastic attention to detail 

• A history of developing junior managers 

• Experience in a branded, would be a bonus, working with systems
