Recruitment Consultant (Commercial Team) | Wigan | Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Office based)  

Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE + monthly commission structure (OTE £35,000 in first year!)

KPI Recruiting are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and driven individual to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester region, and contribute to the success of the business within various industries. Recruiting for roles across customer services, administration, HR, finance, marketing, logistics, supply chain and more!

Joining an existing department of 2 within Wigan Commercial, you will have the oppportunity to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients within the commercial sector through face to face, telephone and email communications
  • Attend sales and service meetings with clients across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area to understand requirements and maintain relationships
  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit – matching suitable candidates to job opportunities and coordinating interviews
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals
  • Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent
  • Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates

The successful candidate will have…

  • A UK Driving Licence and own vehicle to travel to clients across the local area
  • Prior experience gained in sales / account management or similar, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships through face to face and telephone communications
  • Excellent attention to detail

No specific recruitment experience is required, as full training will be provided!
