Job Title: Senior Field Supervisor Specialist (Onshore/Offshore)

Location: Middle East (Rotation-based with offshore/onshore assignments)
Travel Requirement: Frequent (onshore/offshore & international)

Core Competencies & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry.

• Proven offshore drilling experience.

• Solid onshore experience in OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) handling.

• Valid Basic Offshore Safety Training (BOSIET or equivalent).

• Medically fit and certified for offshore work.

• Prior experience as a team lead or supervisor.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Strong IT proficiency (database handling, communication tools, reporting).

• Relevant technical education or trade background.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Execution

• Act as Supervisor on offshore and onshore operations across the Middle East region.

• Participate in call-out supervisory duties.

• Ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client agreements and regulations.

• Liaise directly with client representatives on-site.

Training & Personnel Development

• Conduct induction and technical training for new supervisors.

• Deliver hands-on training to external personnel and customer staff.

• Develop and update training guidelines.

• Maintain training logs and certificate databases for all staff.

Planning & Coordination

• Schedule supervisor assignments across operational sites.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Assist in planning and mobilization of equipment and personnel.

• Support transport, customs handling, and offshore logistics.

• Participate in strategic planning of Middle East rotation schedules.

Equipment & Storage Support

• Oversee packing, unpacking, and basic maintenance of technical equipment.

• Support offshore logistics, including shipping and customs documentation.

• Contribute to procurement decisions where needed.

Work Schedule

• Rotation-based assignment in the Middle East region

• Flexibility required for travel and on-call duties
