  • Train and mentor Level I and Level II NDT technicians both in classroom settings and on the shop floor.

  • Conduct process assessments and support internal or external audits to maintain operational compliance.

  • Evaluate, propose, and implement new inspection technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or manufacturing environment.

  • Current ASNT NDT Level III certification in one or more of the following: Ultrasonics, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, or Eddy Current.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Background in gas turbine component repair or complex manufacturing environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and process control systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.

  • Experience working in matrix or cross-functional team structures.

  • Proven communication and leadership skills, capable of coaching and influencing others.

  • High level of organisational ability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable driving change and embedding new standards and technologies.

Why Apply:

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role within a technical and highly regulated environment, ideal for an experienced NDT Level III professional ready to shape inspection strategy and lead process improvements across a dynamic operation.
