Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with the skills and competencies to maintain Magento 2 websites? We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategies for ongoing improvement and management of the website.

  • Digital marketing and optimising all digital channels, including social media.
  • Collaborate with external development agencies to enhance user experience and functionality.

  • Responsible for the design, build and send of all marketing through our ESP.
  • Content page creation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues in partnership with third-party vendors.

  • Assist with website updates, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal user experience.

  • Support website testing, reporting any usability issues.

  • Use Google Analytics to monitor, report on, and optimise business performance.

  • Run A/B tests to refine digital strategies and maximize engagement.

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Required Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and principles.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO practices to enhance on-line visibility.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a high level of competancy using Magento 2 websites at it is ESSENTAIL to this role. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B e-commerce within a similar role.

  • Proficient in using Magento 2.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling and manipulating CSV files.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • A keen eye for detail.

  • Strong team player mentality.
