We are currently seeking a talented Process Specialist with proficiency in Korean (TOPIK 5/6) and strong English communication skills to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing language support during client interactions, including translation and interpretation when necessary.

• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy of all sales-related communications, transactions, and presentations in both Korean and English.
• Timely Completion: Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are met promptly and accurately.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients in their native language to address inquiries, provide sales-related information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of teams, including finance, IT, and upstream and downstream stakeholders, to ensure smooth transaction processes and efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5/6) with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights that inform and improve sales strategies.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality across all areas of responsibility.
