Teacher Active is proud to be working with a dynamic school in Exeter. The school seeks to achieve high results from it’s pupils and staff whilst maintaining a supportive, creative and team-spirited environment.

The school is looking to employ a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant for a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent position later down the line. The successful applicant will be working with Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 children, helping them to meet their targets and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and work closely with Teachers to help with the general running of the classroom.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent – Desirable
• Experience in Primary Schools or Nursery settings – 6 Months+
• Excellent classroom management
• Patience and resilience
