Job Title: Wind Performance Engineer

Job Duties:

• Optimise energy production by analysing wind turbine performance data
• Conduct performance assessments and identify areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to enhance wind farm performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancement initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate wind farm operations to ensure optimal performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in the wind energy industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in the wind energy industry specificaly O&M.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in wind turbine technology and performance metrics
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiar with energy production optimisation techniques
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Certification in wind energy or renewable energy
• Experience with wind farm performance software

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in an office environment and on-site visits to wind farms. Occasional travel may be required.
