We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory Grape Cutter.

Staffline is recruiting for Factory Grape Cutters in Thrapston.

The rate of pay is:
- 0-12 weeks £10.42 per hour
- 13 Weeks+ £10.92 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 6:30am to 2pm
- 2:30pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Factory Grape Cutter, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately cutting grapes according to specified requirements, other duties include:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on the cut grapes to identify and remove any defects, adhering to established quality standards and guidelines
- Packing grapes
- Utilize specialised tools and equipment to precisely cut grapes according to predetermined specifications, ensuring consistency in size and quality
- Precisely cut grapes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Our Perfect Worker

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy in grape cutting.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
