Recruit4staff is looking for exceptional weekend HGV Class 1 drivers for a well known Food distribution Centre in Skelmersdale.

For the successful HGV Class 1 Night Driver we are offering;

1. Paying up to £17.64 for nights PAYE
2. Nights from 10 PM until 5 AM start times
3. Thursday to Sunday shifts 
4. Temporary Position

The Role of the HGV Class 1 Driver:

1. Complete daily vehicle checks to make sure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use
2. Ensure you arrive at your job on time and inform the traffic office of any issues
3. The role includes delivery of refrigerated goods, which will be store deliveries.
4. Maintain all health and safety standards
5. Will involve pushing cages so need to be physically fit 
6. Complete all PODs correctly
7. Comply with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations
8. Submitting hours at the end of the week

What our client is looking for in an HGV Class 1 Driver:

1. Full UK Driving License
2. Minimum of 12 months experience
3. Up to date CPC
4. C+E entitlement on their license
5. Valid Digital tacho
6. No more than 6 points on the license for minor offenses 
7. Fridge experience 
8. Very good knowledge of driver hours regulations
