A law firm in Lancashire are looking for a property litigation locum to assist on a part-time basis of 2 days per week until early January 2024. This is to provide maternity leave cover and the work can be carried out largely on a remote working basis. You will need expertise in contentious residential landlord property law and be able to hit the ground running to deal with new enquiries and ongoing cases, including advising by phone and email, drafting and checking legal documents, and advocacy where distance allows.
