A very well-established Buckinghamshire firm of excellent reputation is looking for a senior solicitor to work in the private client department at their offices near Milton Keynes. The firm are ideally looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in wills & probate work who can manage their own caseload and help train a trainee solicitor who works in the department.
Caseload will comprise of general wills & probate, high value estates and contentious probate to the point of litigation at which point it can be transferred.
The role will be full-time, permanent with excellent career progression prospects. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
