Due to expansion, this leading law firm is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor in their successful Commercial Property department. They are looking for commercially minded and ambitious solicitors to join them, with the potential to fast track their careers and increase their salary with regular reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be covering all aspects – acquisitions, disposals, business leases, right to buy.

​

REQUIREMENTS

​

To be successful in this challenging Commercial Property Solicitor role you will need to be:

​

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with a solid background in commercial property
• Experienced fee earner, confident of handling own caseload of cases from start to finish
• Experience in agricultural land and development would be useful
• Ability to develop new business and assist with implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent client care, technical and IT skills
