Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid Working (WFH) after training

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • General administration and support to clients via mainly inbound and some outbound phone calls, live chat, email, white mail, website enquiries.
  • Documenting all client interactions and tasks immediately and accurately within the relevant CRM systems.
  • Managing requests, with timely updates to clients and associated departments.
  • Liaising between technical and support departments and clients.
  • Providing accurate input for reports and spreadsheets.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum English and Maths grade C or above (Grade 4-9)  at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive enthusiastic personality.
  • Previous customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, or office management experience.
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and ability to multi-task with ease, entering information and conversing simultaneously.

On the days you are in the office, you will be based in modern offices with free car parking, located close to A46 and within walking distance of Warwick town centre and Warwick Parkway train station.
