A very well established East Midlands firm is looking for a legal secretary or paralegal to work in the wills & probate department at their Leicester office. The main purpose of this role is to provide direct support to the partner to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency. Roles and responsibilities will include: opening files and updating client matters on the firm's case management system, distributing post, general administrative duties, audio typing, opening archiving retrieving and filing of case files, diary management, receiving and making telephone calls from clients and other professionals. There will be opportunities for career progression. A minimum of 1 year's experience in wills & probate is essential. This is a full time, permanent post with salary dependent on experience together with benefits package.
