About the Role

We are recruiting Kitchen Porters to join our client in . This is a fast-paced role supporting a busy kitchen team over the autumn/winter period.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sterilise countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills and sinks
• Deep clean the kitchen at the end of service to prepare for the next day
• Maintain food storage areas, including freezers and refrigerators
• Receive and organise deliveries
• Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and load/unload the dishwasher
• Remove and dispose of kitchen waste correctly
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment (cookers, pots, mixers)
• Assist chefs with basic food prep (peeling, washing, cutting)
• Support prep cooks and other kitchen staff as required

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player
• Previous kitchen/hospitality experience advantageous but not essential
• Availability for flexible shifts across the assignment period

What We Offer

• Hourly rate: £12.21
• Shift Pattern: 8–10 hour shifts between 06:30 – 18:30
• Weekly pay (Friday)
