We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their small, close-knit team in delivering an exceptional dining experience built on quality, creativity, and connection.

About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll work in a beautifully equipped, modern kitchen that looks out over the kitchen garden and surrounding countryside. You’ll take full responsibility for your section, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to produce innovative seasonal dishes using the finest local ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef with experience in a 3 AA Rosette or higher environment who thrives in a calm, collaborative kitchen.

• Previous experience at Chef de Partie level in a high-end, rosette-standard kitchen

• Genuine passion for seasonal, quality ingredients

• Strong organisational skills and ability to run your section independently

• Calm, professional approach with excellent communication skills
