Role: Sous Chef

You’ll support the Head Chef in leading a skilled kitchen team, helping deliver an evolving menu that celebrates classic flavours with a modern touch.

What you will do

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and high culinary standards.
• Create and develop seasonal specials.
• Oversee ordering, stock control, and hygiene.

What we’re looking for

• A strong Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous ready to step up.
• Background in a fresh-food, gastro pub-style kitchen.
• Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
• Passion for honest cooking and local ingredients.
