 Your Role in School - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate TA, you’ll become an integral part of the classroom by:

• Providing targeted 1:1 and group support to pupils across different year groups
• Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and cross-curricular activities
• Encouraging children to stay motivated and engaged in lessons
• Offering additional help to pupils with SEN, EAL or social/behavioural needs
• Working alongside teachers to plan, deliver and review learning activities

 Who Should Apply - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above (all subjects considered, education/psychology desirable)
• Interested in exploring teaching or educational psychology as a long-term career
• Adaptable, proactive and reliable in supporting young learners
• Previous experience with children (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is highly valued
