The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support, deliver 1:1 interventions, and assist small group learning sessions. You’ll help pupils access the curriculum, manage their individual needs, and develop both academic and social skills. Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Patient, resilient, and motivated to support children with additional needs
• Experience in youth work, care, or education is advantageous but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
