Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Your Role

As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and challenging lessons across multiple subjects
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra guidance
• Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and classroom organisation
• Supporting students in developing confidence, resilience, and independent learning skills
• Tracking progress and contributing to interventions that help students achieve their potential

Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification  

KPi Education are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who meets the following criteria:

• Educated to degree level (1st or 2:1) from a Russell Group university in any subject (STEM, Humanities, English, Psychology, or related disciplines)
• Passionate about education and eager to make a difference in students’ lives
• Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire young people
• Patient, resilient, and proactive, with excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Interested in progressing into teacher training, educational psychology, or other education-focused careers
• Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential
