£50-60k plus package

Senior Project Manager required for a leading construction contractor who work within the hospitality on pubs, restaurants and hotels.

Benefits:

Role Overview:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for running several projects with various sizes within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor labour and site management for each scheme
• Write site programmes ensuring they are adhered to onsite once work commences
• Collate and sign off snagging works
• Manage the client relationship
• Ensure design and contracts details are available at all times
• Have regular meetings with the commercial and operational teams to discuss site progress and costs

What We're Looking For:

• A fit-out background within retail or hospitality preferred
• A willingness to work on site and office
• Driving license
