KPI Recruiting are expanding our dynamic Commercial Division and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Wigan office.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the key link between clients and candidates
• Using sales, marketing, and business development to win new clients
• Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Writing and posting job adverts on various platforms and social media
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Matching candidate skills to client job requirements
• Organising interviews and managing feedback throughout the process
• Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and opportunities
• Negotiating rates, salaries, and final offers between candidates and clients
• Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met at all times
• Working towards (and smashing!) individual and team targets
• Collaborating with your team to share best practices and ideas
• Supporting invoicing, rate calculations, and reporting

If you’re confident, motivated, and excited about sales and people, we’ll teach you the rest.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• Confidence to make phone calls and meet clients face-to-face
• Highly organised and able to juggle priorities
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working to KPIs
• A team player who’s also self-motivated and proactive
• Sense of humour and a love for working with people!
