Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Reporting Officer
Location: Qatar

Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Reporting Officer with strong SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) expertise to support key business processes and reporting operations within a major enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP implementation and support experience and a sound understanding of finance and controlling functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse business processes and translate them into SAP solutions across FI and CO modules.

2. Customise and configure SAP FICO systems in line with business requirements.

3. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for FICO modules.

4. Participate in and support SAP implementation, upgrade, and mini-projects.

5. Deliver expert-level FICO SME support to other projects and functional areas.

6. Lead and mentor teams in FICO (Record-to-Report) processes.

Areas of SAP Expertise Required:

• SAP FI/CO implementation and AMS support (2–3 years minimum implementation experience, 5–7 years total in SAP).

• Upgrade and mini-project participation.

• Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Treasury and banking processes.

• Bank Communication Management (BCM).

• Credit management functionality.

• Cash position and liquidity forecasting.

• Full finance and controlling sub-modules.

• Profitability analysis (CO-PA).

• Vendor invoice management (VIM – OpenText).

• Functional leadership within SAP FICO/FSCM projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

2. 5–7 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 2–3 years in implementation and project delivery.

3. Basic finance and accounting knowledge.

4. Strong hands-on experience across SAP FICO modules and related reporting tools.

5. Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

6. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

7. Fluency in English.
