About the Role:

• Supporting high-ability students and those who need academic reinforcement
• Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions
• Assisting with GCSE and A-Level preparation in your subject of strength
• Working across subject departments (English, maths, sciences, humanities, languages)
• Acting as a mentor and academic role model

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate from a Russell Group university (2:1 or above)
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to break down complex ideas
• A genuine passion for education and youth development
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach
• Commitment to a full academic year from September
