Job Title: Painter & Decorator

Venn Group is working with a leading UK construction business operating across North Wales to recruit a Painter & Decorator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm delivering a variety of residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes on internal and external surfaces across multiple sites.

Location: Based in North Wales (travel to various sites)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Benefits: Company van provided, fuel card, tools & uniform, 25 days holiday

The duties will include:

• Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating

• Preparing surfaces and applying finishes to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working independently and as part of a small team

• Representing the company professionally on site

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in painting and decorating (internal and external)

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• CSCS card preferred but not essential
