Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Overview:
We are currently partnering with a well-established company based in Milpitas, CA, to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting professional with strong month-end close experience who is looking to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong expertise in month-end close processes

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be in the office three days per week, with the option to work remotely two days per week.
