Temporary Hotel Receptionist/front of House £13.50 per Hour Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Immediate Start

Keswick based Hotel seeking up to 3 weeks Temporary Reception cover overseeing a busy front of house desk-previous hotel reception experience is desirable. 

Main Responsibilities:- 

- Greeting and welcoming guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation

This role is to cover a busy period within the hotel
