Warehouse Manager – Food Manufacturing

We're working with a leading FMCG food manufacturing business in Deeside to recruit a Warehouse Manager to lead stock control and distribution across wholesale and retail channels. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll oversee warehousing operations, stock integrity and team performance. 

For this role, you'll need to be a proven people manager with strong experience in Stock control as well as outstanding leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inventory accuracy and lead stock control across multiple platforms
• Oversee warehouse operations, including 3PL coordination during peak periods
• Lead and develop a multi-skilled team against operational KPIs (OTIF, cost per tonne, NCRs, etc.)
• Drive efficient space utilisation and warehouse layout planning
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene and environmental standards
• Build strong relationships internally and with external carriers and hauliers
• Champion continuous improvement and implement best practice
• Investigate NCRs and deliver corrective actions

About you:
You’ll be a proven Warehouse Manager with hands-on experience in stock management and team leadership, ideally within a food manufacturing or 3PL setting. You’ll be confident working with data, comfortable with systems (especially Excel), and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
