Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable qualification to teach Drama i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS

The School and Role

ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Drama Supply Teacher for a vibrant secondary school in Moseley, starting as soon as possible. This is a long-term position covering a full timetable within a supportive and dynamic performing arts department. This well-regarded secondary school in Moseley is known for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and a thriving arts faculty. The school boasts modern facilities and a passionate staff team committed to student development, creativity, and achievement.

 

Requirements

The successful Drama Teacher will have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Drama to secondary pupils (KS3 & KS4)

  • Excellent classroom management and creative teaching style

  • Strong commitment to student engagement and progress

  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
