Training structure 4+1 Model: Four days in school developing practical teaching skills, with one day per week (Wednesdays) for online professional development. September–December: Observe expert teaching, team-teach with mentors, develop basic classroom management. January–March: Take increasing responsibility for planning and teaching, focus on assessment strategies.
