Machine Operator
Location: Congleton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay: £13.21 per hour

KPI Recruiting are looking for a Machine Operator to join our client’s team in a cable manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and keen to work in a production-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to cut cables to specified lengths (up to 500m)
• Attach crimps and connectors using the correct tools and methods
• Test finished cables to ensure safety and performance standards are met
• Prepare products for dispatch
• Record completed work and report any faults with machinery
• Lift and handle materials

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in manufacturing or cable assembly (preferred, not essential)
• Heavy Lifting Involved
• Good attention to detail and focus on quality
• Basic understanding of electrical components (training provided)
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
