Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to children who need extra help
• Encouraging pupil participation and boosting confidence
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Supporting children’s social and emotional development through play and structured activities
• Working with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support strategies

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject – education, psychology, English or related fields are ideal

• Previous experience working or volunteering with young people is desirable
